When will my order be sent?
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Which delivery service do you use?
All orders are sent with Royal Mail. At checkout, choose either Standard delivery or Royal Mail Tracked 48.

How is my order packaged?
We use fully recyclable packaging wherever possible.

RETURNS

Can I return my item?
Because every piece is one-of-one vintage or pre-loved, we do not accept returns for change of mind, fit or style.

What if my item is significantly not as described?
We work hard to photograph and describe every piece clearly. If your item arrives significantly different from its description, please email us with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll look into it with you.
